• All purchases are final. Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
• Purchasing a staff rank does not exempt you from following the server or staff rules.
• If you break server rules or staff guidelines, your staff rank may be removed without refund.
• If you are staff blacklisted, you are not eligible to purchase or hold a staff rank. Any purchases made while blacklisted may be revoked without refund.
• Staff permissions are granted according to the rank purchased and may be adjusted if required for the server.
