By purchasing or downloading any product from CDS, you agree to these terms. Payments are processed by Tebex Limited, who act as the merchant of record; Tebex's own terms of service also apply to every transaction.

Purchases grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product on servers you own or operate. You may not resell, redistribute, re-license, leak, or share our products or any modified versions of them.

Free releases remain our intellectual property and are subject to the same redistribution restrictions unless a product page states otherwise.

Products are delivered digitally and instantly via Tebex after successful payment. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address at checkout.

Support is provided through our Discord server to verified customers. Updates to purchased products are delivered free of charge through your original download link unless a product page states otherwise.

Initiating a chargeback instead of contacting support may result in revocation of licenses and a ban from future purchases. If you have a payment issue, contact us first — we resolve genuine problems quickly.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
