Refund Policy

All products are digital goods delivered instantly after payment. Because delivery cannot be reversed, all sales are final by default.

We will issue a refund where:

• a product is genuinely non-functional as described and our developers cannot fix it within a reasonable time;
• you were charged more than once for the same product; or
• a refund is required by applicable consumer law.

Open a support ticket in our Discord within 14 days of purchase. Include your Tebex transaction ID and a description of the issue. Give us the chance to fix the problem first — most issues are installation-related and resolved the same day.

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. Chargebacks on delivered digital goods result in license revocation and a store ban.
