Advanced Faction System (ESX, QBox, QBCore)
Give your FiveM roleplay server a complete faction framework membership, leadership tools, live firearm tracking, staff drops, Discord logs, and custom nametags built for ESX, QBCore, and QBox.
The system is designed around ox_inventory serials, so every issued gun can be located in a player inventory, stash, vehicle, ground drop, NoLag property, or police evidence locker. A dedicated FM (Faction Management) panel lets staff create factions, send weapon drops, search serials, and manage access without touching the database.
Built for serious crime / gang RP communities. Features can be turned on or off per faction, ranks and commands are fully configurable, and the scan/cache layer is tuned for high player counts so panels stay fast on busy servers.
Core Features
Included Systems
Member Panel (/fpanel or /factionpanel) Overview stats, roster, announcements, faction chat (all members + leadership channel), and activity / playtime. Rank-based UI — residents and members get the member view automatically.
Leader Panel (/fpanel or /leaderpanel) Everything in the member panel plus invites, rank changes, kicks, strikes, announcements, weapons list with live locations, drop history, ally/enemy tabs (optional), and Discord webhook settings. Leadership tools can be disabled per faction from FM.
Faction Management / FM Panel (/FMpanel) Staff-only. Create / delete factions, set tier, appoint leaders (invite UI, never force-join), add/remove members, issue or clear strikes, lookup any online player, search any tracked serial, build the weapon pool, and send drops. Access is ESX groups / QB permissions plus character grants via /setfm.
Weapon Drops FM staff pick a faction, tier, weapons, ammo, and recipients (leadership ranks by default). Guns are given through ox_inventory with unique serials, logged in drop history, and immediately tracked. Random drop, ox_inventory import, and vanilla GTA weapon filter included.
Live Serial Tracker Locate a serial across online players, ox stashes, trunks/gloveboxes, ground drops, NoLag property_* stashes, and police evidence. Faction leaders see last-known location; FM can GPS, teleport to ground drops, and revoke a gun back into staff inventory.
Police Possession Configurable jobs (police, sheriff, bcso, etc.) and evidence stash patterns (wasabi + custom). When a tracked gun hits PD evidence or a cop’s inventory, webhooks fire and tracking can pause until it’s released.
Discord Logging
Nametags (/nametags) Short-range native overhead tags with fade, GTA fonts, per-type colors (default / faction / marked), nicknames (/nick), optional nationality & height, mask hiding (/masktoggle), /mark targets, and per-player font assignments. Names stay Unknown until you’ve been near someone long enough (configurable reveal).
Playtime & Activity Per-character and per-faction session tracking, daily rollups, charts in the panel, and FM tools to add/remove hours. Batched flushes for high pop.
Chat & Commands /fchat, /hidefchat, /fannouncement, /faction, /fonline, /leavefaction, /factionaccept. In-panel chat with search, leadership-only channel, and optional join/leave system messages.
Relationships (optional) Allies and enemies can be hidden globally. When enabled, enemy wars can gate kill logs. FM can still toggle these per faction.
